We have over 400 instruments - violins, violas, cellos and basses- available for use by students in the five Northeast Florida Counties: Duval, Nassau, Baker, Clay, and St. Johns. The requirements to borrow an instrument are as follows:
$15 non-refundable processing fee per instrument for all instruments.
Credit card information for processing. Any damages upon return will be charged to the card. Effective January 1st, 2024.
Online Application
Borrowing a L'Engle instrument is a two-step process.
Fill out our online application form completely. A parent or guardian must accept the agreement for use of L'Engle instruments and accessories and submit the application form.
Upon submission, L’Engle will send you a confirmation email. An L'Engle representive will contact you within 2 to 3 buisness days to set up pick up/delivery.
At Pickup
Once the date, time and place for delivery is set, a L'Engle volunteer representative will meet you to deliver the instrument package. You must present a government issued document for identification as well as a credit card for payment. You also need to bring your child's school record/document or student ID to verify his or her student status. The parent or guardian needs to inspect the package and sign a receipt as to its contents. Payment is due at the time of pickup or delivery.
We only accept credit cards as payment. Card information will be safely saved in the case of any damages to the insturment in lieu of a security deposit.
